Friday 21st January

7am - 8:30am   Entrants Breakfast
7:30am - 8:30am   Ride the Loop Day Entrant Registration
8:45am   Rider Briefing
9am - 10am   Depart Joe's Farm for Coromandel town via Whitianga

5pm   Cut off time to return to Joe's Farm
5pm - 10pm   Bar Open - Entrants only party
7pm - 10pm   The Son's perform at the Bar
9pm   $1 Million & $10,000 Prize Draw

Saturday 22nd January

Whangamata Rugby Grounds - Entry off Lincoln Road
9am   Classic Cover Downtown Bike Show
Noon - 8pm   Buses depart Rugby Grounds for Concert ticket holders at Joe's Farm
12:30pm   Bike Show Prize Giving

Joe's Farm
2pm - 10pm   Major Concert on the Harley-Davidson stage at Joe's Farm
